Steinar Svalesen (Managing Partner)
Steinar Svalesen is the Managing Partner of Ignitas. He has more than 20 years of industry experience. He came to Ignitas from Teleplan Consulting where he served as Director of Telecom, Media and Technology. Previously Steinar has held various management positions in the Norwegian and US IT/Media/Telecom industries. In 2006 he founded Ridgehaven Ventures, a small investment and strategic consulting company. In 2002 he co-founded Telenor Interactive based in Washington DC, which became the first cross-carrier messaging company in the US. Gard Jenssen (Partner)
Gard is a senior product executive with 15 years web-development and management experience from Yahoo! Europe (VP Product Development), Kelkoo (VP Product Management), European Commission (National Expert), Origo/Telenor Media (Chief Development Editor), Regjeringen.no/Odin (created the first version in 1994).

Runar Eidsaa (Partner)
Runar has, over the last 15 years, been involved with a broad range of assignments within the telco, media and energy sector focusing on market entry, IT and business strategy. He has previously worked for PWC, PA Consulting, Framtidsfabriken and Hydro. From 2000 to 2003 he was in charge of Framfabs Oslo office, and with PA Consulting he was in charge of Marketing practice and helped Orange build up their 3G business in Sweden.

Frode Vik (Senior Advisor)
Frode came to Ignitas from Kelkoo/Yahoo!, where he was Product Manager for Norway and Germany until mid-2008. Frode started out as the editor of the Norwegian website Zoomit.no. He became the Product Manager for Kelkoo.no in 2001, and also had the product responsibility for Kelkoo Denmark between 2002 and 2004. When Yahoo! bought Kelkoo in 2004, Frode also assumed product responsibility for Yahoo! Norway. Frode Vik has than 8 years of experience from the e-commerce industry, including experience as a owner and founder of the online retailer Intersalg.no and as co-founder of webshop provider Demostore.no. Håvard Mossige (Advisor)
Håvard has the last 15 years worked with a range of fields including humor, web startups, viral marketing, art and inventions, constantly searching for the best ideas. He has collected and analyzed 300 viral success cases, and uses his own system to deliver creative net solutions in social and other media. One starting point for creating conversations and spreading messages: Detect a pattern, then break it.
Anders Bolander (Senior Advisor/Project Manager)
Anders is a Senior Advisor at Ignitas. He has more than 20 years of ICT industry experience, 15 in Telecom. Anders joined Ignitas after working with Sales & Business Development at mobile security company Encap AS, giving great insight to Mobile Financial Services and the related mBusiness market. Previously Anders has held management positions in, and has worked on a consultancy basis for Telecoms and IT related companies including TeliaSonera, NetCom and Telenor. He understands the mechanisms of mobile value added. Anders is a skilled Project Manager. He started his commercial work as a Marketing. Consultant at ad agency Scan in Norway.
Sarah Stover Hannevik (Senior Advisor)
Senior Advisor at Ignitas. Sarah has 12 years experience in web development projects working primarily as project manager and coordinator. She has worked for Making Waves (Consultant), Yahoo! Europe (Corporate Managing Producer), Kelkoo (Managing Producer), Zoomit (Editor for zoomit.com). Sarah also has experience in e-commerce as the founder and owner of a webshop selling children’s clothing and products (2003-2007). Sarah is an avid blogger and social media expert. She also creates mixed meida art and sells her work on Etsy.com and Epla.no.
