This week Ignitas signed a long term contract with AdaptoIP, today the only supplier in the Nordic countries of high quality IP telpephony for the SME market (1-100 employees). Under the terms of the deal Ignitas will invest in AdaptoIP while at the same time supply consulting to the company management within the areas of strategy and  business operations (partnership and co-operation deals). Runar Eidsaa of Ignitas will join the board of AdaptoIP, and Ignitas partners Paul Moonga/Gard Jenssen will join the advisory board.

Denne uken signerte Ignitas en langsiktig avtale med AdaptoIP, som i dag er den eneste leverandøren av kvalitetssikret IP-telefoni mot SMB-markedet (1-100 ansatte) i Norden. Etter avtalen investerer Ignitas i AdaptoIP samtidig som vi forestår rådgivning innenfor strategiske områder, samt partner/samarbeidskonstellasjoner mot ledelsen i selskapet. Ignitas går inn i Advisory Board gjennom Paul Moonga/ Gard Jenssen, samt styret gjennom Runar Eidsaa og besitter nå 10% av aksjene i AdaptoIP.
